the attack on the world trade center.
I knew there is a strong correlation between our use of depleted uranium (DO) and gulf war and cosevao syndrome, I saw the horrific pictures of massive DNA damage on the Iraqi children http://www.uksociety.org/us_crimes_against-humanity_1.htm (scroll down page) , I knew we dropped th equivilent to over a quarter million Nagasaki bombs (this articles says over 400,000 Nagasaki since 1991
http://www.rense.com/general67/radfdf.htm but I did not know that it causes a million times more DNA damage than plain radiation. Now I see why these birth deformities are the worse I ever saw in my life.

I had suspected the use of du tipped rockets during 9-11, the flashes of light prior to striking the buildings are said to look just like DU does in battle: I thought that would explain the intense heat needed to melt the structure of the building and the lungs diseases of survivors and rescue workers and the increased cancer, but I did not know that high geiser counter readings were found at both pentagon and WTC after 911. I found about 200,000 hits on this topic. Here is one article.

When one considers Saddam was hung for being found guillty of killing about 180 people, does it seem just if our leaders in government and military killed millions when one considers is wil continue to kill, sicken, and deform for 4 1/2 billion years. If another country had done this to America civilians and our children, what thoughts and feelings would you have. What about do unto others? I am just speculating if such information did come out that we poisoned our troops, innocent civilians, other species, 15 neighboring countries, and future generations in the middle east, if it came out our government was behind 9011 and dropped depleted uranium, condemning in addition to the dead and their families as a result of death, but also all those who survived harrowing trama and suffering and rescue workers and volunteers coming to help and people in the city, what do you think the American people would do....would they do anything? Would some still support our president and his administration and would those calling for justice or punishment be considered traitors? I am certain people will criticize me for asking the question but my research bothers me and so does injustice. Will anything under the sun push apathy from our citizens? Will anything ever change the hearts of those convince of the morality of our leaders and parties?

I have cheated on my wife and slept with another man's woman. Unfortunately, I accidentally impregnated this other man's wife and she is now pregnant. I admitted everything to my wife and apologized and she has forgiven me. My wife and I now want this baby to be part of our family. The woman I impregnated doesn't want the baby.

What I want to know is whether this baby is legally mine or does it belong to the woman I impregnated? If it belongs to the woman I impregnated then if I wanted to have this baby would I have to go through adoption? Adoption laws state that I must pay a certain amount of money, so if this baby is already mine then I wouldn't have to adopt and can save money.

We started by talking on the internet, exchanged numbers, He seemed normal at 1st but after talking for awhile i just dont want nothing to do with him. So lately he's been calling all hours of the night sometimes up to 10-20x's a day when i dont answer he calls back 5 minutes after sumtymes leaving nasty msg's.. He text'd my friends cell phone saying very vulgar things of a sexual nature into which is trying to make ppl think we met and had sexual relations which we didnt. He's texting threatning msg's on how he has family from the RCMP and Top Rank Ppl in the Government to mess me up. Ive asked him to stop calling and to stop texting my friends phone but he says theres no reason good enough im giving him to not call. Im going to get my number changed but its something i really cant afford right now but really have no other choice. But I am Wondering how these men can get away with it? can they? or can i press charges on him even thou he lives in the states and i live in canada?

In this newly invented forum, there are good answers and bad ones. And for the most part, I beleive that we can all generally tell the difference.

But I'm sure that somewhere along the line, someone will ask a serious question (Medical, Ethical, Mental), receive the wrong advice, and ACT on it. If that person acts on the wrong advice and seriously harms someone or themselves, can the answerer be held accountable in any way? In any court of law?

they can't make you get a social security number for your child, they basically make it eem that way, but they can't. just the same as in the government cant make you go to war if there's a draft, they can coerce you and pretend like they can make you. but they can't. you cannot be forced into involuntary servitude. you have constitutional rights.

Since it costs so much money to sue or defend in court does not this leave the regular guy without recourse if he is not treated fairly?
He is likely to be bullied out of even getting to court with threats of legal actions.
The person with the most knowledge, power, and money should be able to get the other party to comply quite quickly.
Should these qualities choose the winner?
What about a large corporation vs regular Joe?
Are other countries the same or worse? I guess it is just a fact of life that needs to be dealt with.

Why do mother make false allegations of child abuse against fathers and why does the Court encourage/promote such allegation such as inappropriately touching the children’s bottoms.
There has been a lot written about this such as the following and I have been accused by my ex-wife and found guilty by the family court with NO investigation by police or ant Government agonies but with no charges,, (I could even open a day care centre) because the police know it’s a ploy used in the family court
Parentectomy covers a large range of parent removal from partial parentectomy, "You may visit your Daddy or Mommy every other Sunday"; to total parentectomy, as in Parental Alienation Syndrome, described by Gardner; or complete parent absence or removal. My wife and I took ecstasy the other night at a friends house. We do have a 8 month old baby, but we left him with the in laws for a night so we could have a night out. Anyways, this was our first time with X, and then the next night we smoked Salvia, which is legal. now, my wife is going to the hospital because she cant hold any food down and she feels sick. I personally do not think it is because of the x or the salvia, I think it is because she has not eaten anything in like 3 days, except like 6 cookies and an apple. I know this sounds bad, but we have food, lots of it, we are just both too lazy to cook it, so we snack in stead or order out. but she did not join in on the last two order outs, because she did not feel like eating. SOOOOOO She is going to inform the doctor that she did take ecstasy and salvia and that she has not eaten so the doctor knows every fact. I am worried that because we have a baby the doctor will inform the law. Is this a valid worry.

A little more detailed: My boyfriend was deported from CA, and he got married in Calipatria Prison in 92, and we have a 3 year old daughter and want to get married in Mexico (baja California). He needs to get a divorce, but we don't know how to go about it. She has denied to get the divorce (she is an American Citizen...as I am). Does any one know, how we can go about it...he can't just cross the border and get a divorce, we need help. Any information would be grateful. We have been told, that we need to hire in attorney in Tijuana...but we are not sure if that is correct.

thanks

Me and my friend were going to the store to buy liquor. We both did not have any money. He had a credit card. Normally he would have purchased it, but he lost his state ID. I said why don't you give me your credit card and Ill just sign your name. He said ok. We got the beer and then stood in the line to check out. They carded only me, so I showed them my ID, then I slid his card in the credit card reader. Then I signed his name. Is this legal to do, if I have his permission to use his card and then sign his name? This happened a couple of months ago.

My hubby is a slick one...claiming no income since 2004. We own a 1.5 million home (equity= 1.2million). Problem...he has hand in Italian family business...yikes...half of his family has the same name...so its so easy to interchange credit cards, etc. HUbby is living it up. We have 2 children on autism spectrum...I have to fight the needs in court... Everything involves tons of court motions. My attorney is very expensive to fight his expensive attorney...but my head is going under soon...running out of funds....so far no support...he is starving us out. I am tired...it is tough enough to keep children balanced let alone go into court fighting over the gray areas of autism. I know money exists, how do I find it. How do you find out of state and overseas money? I am asking judge to force him to authorize a credit report..this is not enough...how do I REALLY find out what is going on? HELP!!!
Please...give me the streets smarts version!!!!

I've often heard people claim that affirmative action (or, "employment equity") is discrimination against Caucasians. However, I believe it is actually a method for giving qualified non-Caucasians a real chance at employment. Unofficial affirmative action was OK for Caucasians, but when it became official and focused on non-Caucasians, it became offensive.

I've also heard that "all the immigrants are taking our jobs". Actually, since there are far more jobs than there are immigrants, and since the jobs they're offered are the ones no one else wants, I find the ignorance of that comment to be irritating.

Another complaint is that all the variety/corner stores are staffed by Asians and South Asians. Why should they not work for themselves? Why should these educated people instead work in low-paying jobs for people who have no respect for them?

Anyway, whining about affirmative action is nonsensical to me. It sounds like scapegoating. What do you think?
