Or is it maybe that violent felons can't but others can? I don't know and am curious because I know a violent felon CAN get gov. assistance with food stamsp & stuff but a person convicted with a felony that involved drugs in any way can't. What's up with that? OK, I can kill someone and stay on gov assistance, but I can't get caught with drugs. Wierd

When I see big People that are over 150lbs on a horses back I feel like drop kicking them off that poor horses back...
If we could ask the horse if he/she wanted us savages on his/her back ....I bet most if not all horses would say back the puck off.
How would you like a 6 year old child on your back every day for hours at a time ? that would cause back problems.
Do you think their should be a law that protects poor horses from people that are over 150lbs?......... if you exceed that you are not allowed on the horse, would be fair I think.
My Fiancee Thinks I am over Reacting ....What do you think ?

what are the first steps to getting a law changed?

There are things I really want to change like.. the justice system against child molestors and rapist (seems like they just get a slap on the wrist)

also against domestic violence, and abortion

Why is it that certain animals cannot be slaughtered but an unborn child has no protection? (another words the womb is the most dangerous place to be.)

I think it's really sad. Another words, the womb is the most dangerous place to be.

Your thoughts and opinions on this please?

My husband recived a letter from the csa saying that he is to start paying.. the problem is although he admits he has got children and has to pay. one of the children is not his he has got one child with his ex but she is claiming her other son is his, which considering he was born 2 years after my own son and 1 year before my daughter would mean him having an afair anyway he is disputing the fact with the csa and now having to take a dna test which we dont mind paying for.. we are wanting to know if there is any legal action we can take against her as my husband has went into deep depresion

I am pretty clued up on a lot that goes on in the UK. But it is nigh on impossible in a lot of cases to know whether the question being asked is relevant to the UK. Different laws etc. apply to almost all countries.

So please could everyone get in to the habit of saying where they are from.

I recieved an e-mail this morning claiming to be from the bank of Africa saying that in the year 2000 a family died in a plane crash and there isn't a next of kin to send 5 million US dollars to and are asking for bank details so that you can make the claim as kin. How many others recieved this. Don't all apply at once, giggle. I took this infomation to the police and there's not alot they can do about this kind of thing so all I'm saying is be careful.

I stand to inheritate my father's estate but have been sent a letter from the solicitors dealing with this that I need a DNA test to prove he is my father even though he is on my birth certificate. He was married to my mother at the time (who is also deceased). He was in ireland so the law might be different there to here in england. Also how do you get DNA from a dead person (he has already been buried). I have three sibblings who will need DNA testing as well.

This Sat night the cops followed me home and said that they had done a check on my car and said that it has no insurance, unfortunately this is true. They didn’t arrest me, but said that I would get a court summons in the post and probably a fine, the cope never gave me anything on the night, like a ticket or anything, was he supposed to?

Has this happened to you or anyone you know? Do you know what will happen to me as I am quite worried? I am female, 21yrs old, in the UK. What will they say in court and how long does it take to receive a court summons in the post? Please help.
