I had the same problem. My daughter took the placement test and we got phone calls every other day.The only thing I found effective was to tell him straight up that she will not be joining, she is not interested and to stop contacting her,or if she is up to it have her tell him this.Hope it helps!

Call all the media outlets in your city and tell them what this recruiter is doing. A couple of TV cameras, reporters and microphones in front of his face will surely do the trick. He may be re-assigned to desk duty because the armed forces do not need bad public relations now. Trust me bad press will dig out new skeletons.

Well....if he is any kind of recruiter he would not be expending energy on somebody with mental health and addiction issues at the ripe old age of 18.
I have difficulty with image of military recruiter, in uniform,"stalking"
some girl and giving her the sort of advise you indicated in your question.
Have you talked to anybody in authority?
Common sense would tell you that would be the first thing to do.

I like to tackle things with a bit of humor. After my son graduated from high school, a particular recruiter kept calling for him. Finally in my best Russian accent I said "My son he is a fag and he will tell! You not have to ask HE TELL. You leave boy alone!". He never called again.
Before I start getting flak, my son is gay and he found it hysterical.

I suggest contacting his commander. That will stop the problem.
I also suggest that your daughter tell the recruiter that she is not interested.

whilst they call you, only tell them which you're actually not attracted to serving interior the militia and to thrill get rid of your call from their record. in the event that they proceed to persist, get their telephone selection and then call their place of work and request to communicate to the Station Commander. tell the Station Commander which you have asked the recruiter to stop calling, yet he/she would be ready to not pay attention.
