It is possible but he has to get a judges approval for something of that nature . He has not been to court on the charge yet and Even if convicted rarely does anyone get the maximum amount of time. Odds are he would be out before you had the baby

I've seen this before as I've been in the hoosgow myself. There's a process to follow and it takes a week or so. 9 times out of ten the answer is no though. I've seen 1/2 day furleaus denied for mother's funerals. What I'm trying to say I guess is that you shouldn't get your hopes up. sorry.

If I were you, I would not worry this far out. He still has to go to court. He may very well be home before your due date. I hope things work out and this baby gives him a reason to learn from his mistakes. Good luck. Maybe you should talk with his lawyer today.

Don't count on it.
The way it would work here is a judge has to sign off on it. It's also a lot of trouble for the cops as they have to escort the person etc.

Probably would in the UK - but maybe not in US.
I hope your fiance can use this as a lesson and clean up his act - now he has two people to look after.
Anyway hope all goes well for you.

Nope. You need to go with a higher class citizen and dump this convict.
