I believe they passed a law stating that dwarfs only count as 1/2 a person and you would get only 1/2 the time in prison, say if you killed a normal human.

probably longer because the dwarf has been a victim it's whole life and now you have come along and killed this poor, innocent, little person. Of course, if it were a dwarf of any color other than white, you're sentance would more than likely be doubled. If the dwarf were a female and of any other color than white, you'd probably get the death penalty or life in prison without parol. At that point, you should just kill the dwarf and then yourself.

You would be in less trouble for killing the dwarf than for calling him a dwarf. The PC police would throw the book at you. Let's see, you would get 5-10 for the killing and the death penalty for not being politically correct. Thank the liberals.

That's disgusting. I'm a person with dwarfism. If I committed a crime I would have equal opportunity to face the same sentencing as another person of average height.
The answer to your question is "No". People with dwarfism are people first, not an object.
Also the word dwarf is politically correct. Even though I prefer a person with dwarfism, because I'm not an object that needs to be labeled.

No, it would be longer. The smaller the victim, the more sympathy generated, the more public outcry and harsher sentences. Cheer up, maybe you'll get a judge who likes idiot comedians and dislikes dwarves.

In law there is no such provision. Killing a child is more serious crime in the eyes of public. I fail to understand you have asked this question as law is always equitable.

Thats absolutely right.they do it by finding the height of a man,then its about 5 years for every foot he is,now if hes a dwarf itl automatically be halfed at least.If you claim man slaughter then its your lucky day :D
