I believe in most states it is, you cant keep a gun and ammo in the same box much less loaded... in ohio the gun and ammo have to be in seperate containers and I believe the gun has to have a lock.

Check your state (and the ones around you). If you have a concealed carry permit loaded is legal. Best keep chamber empty.

in most states no its not illegal in most states you can even get a permit to carry it concealed on you but where i live in KY you can have it loaded and in the glove box without a concealed permit

yes ... unless you have a concealed carry permit but dont cross state lines with it its better to unload it and keep the gun on the dash and the clip on the seat beside you

The gun can be in your glove box ONLY IF you have a concealed weapon permit, otherwise it has to be in plain sight, the ammo has to be in the trunk or otherwise inaccessible.

Yes! It is a concealed weapon. It is not against the law if you have in plain sight, such as on the passenger seat.
