i don't have self assurance it truly is legal to have a preteen nude on any hide. yet that album got here out in Europe and change into straight away replaced yet i might want to wager that sort on the cover isn't a preteen in any respect, yet an human being. i'm one in each of those who looked lower than 21 nicely into my 30's and change into even stopped at 24 years previous as searching to youthful to force.

I think it is illegal to put pictures of preteens on the internet, but if the preteen did it themselves, I don't think it would be illegal. I would bet that the webmaster would yank it just as soon as he found out!
I suspect that it might even be illegal to post pictures of minors younger than 18 on the internet unless the minor is the one that did it themselves. That is not to mention just how stupid it is for someone to put a nude picture of themselves on there.

Depends entirely what country you live in. Each jurisdiction has its own laws.

There should be a distinction between nudity and sex. Sexually explicit pictures of children are wrong! Families skinnydipping together or getting an all-over tan--nothing wrong with that at all.

It is illegal.
Having said that, if someone posted vacation pictures on the Internet with their toddler naked in the wading pool, I don't think that those pictures are exploitative or sexual in nature.
But some 10 year old in a suggestive pose is illegal and disgusting.

Uh, i certainly hope not. Probably some could call it art and get away with it, but in my opinion that would just be using a excuse to get away with it and get their kicks and jollies off.

I don't think you were wondering anything. I think you had a very different reason for asking.
