The court has copies of everything, you don't really need the ticket for your court appearance. If you do want a copy you can go to the courthouse and request one. Just make sure you show up, that's the most important thing. If you don't the judge will issue a bench warrant for your arrest and you don't want that. Not sure of the date and time? Call the courthouse, they will tell you.

You don't need the ticket. Just show up for the court appearance. a ticket is simply a notice for you to appear and some states allow you to pay prior to the court date in some instances. Either way, you can call the court to get ur schedule if you forgot the time to be there.

i worked as a probation officer for 6 years and let me guarantee you of this.. you do not need to show up with the ticket.. they already have it on file and in the computer... just call the courthouse verify what day and time your court date is and then just show up.. just make sure u show up on time and dress appropriately... but other than that you'll be fine.. make sure to bring proof of identification though that is usually a good thing to have with you be it ur drivers license or a birth certificate credit card or debit card.. just incase they need to verify who u r.. good luck

Go to the nearest DMV. Ask them to locate that ticket. Usually, the police officer turn them in for collection. So the police department and DMV should have a copy.

my advice would be to go up to the court house or police station and see if they can trace it, wheter they charge you for it or not. I'd rather be safe than sorry...
but maybe they can re-print it for you. or make a copy of their copy.
Good Luck!!!!

It doesn't matter, they have a copy of the ticket there. Don't worry about it.
