Depends on what you did , when you did it, and the amount of money your willing to spend. If your not willing to spend at least 20,000$ your not going to get any where.

If you committed the felony as an adult, the felony will stay with you for the rest of your life. Here in the state of California, a felony committed by a minor is removed from his/her record at the age of 25. The only person in the US who has the legal power to pardon a felony is the President of the United States. You can personally petition the President to pardon you, but I would advise seeking legal council to ensure that all of the correct protocol and wording is used in the petition.

Has it been ten years since your last felony? If so then yes get a lawyer and go to court and get it or them absolved.
