I feel that all criminal defense attorneys should be "public defenders" All working for and paid by the state. When anyone needs an attorney it would be appointed to you, regardless if you are a janitor or a multi-billionaire you get the same quality of legal defense. No more buying dream teams to get you off the hook. The way it is set up now its so easy to see that the mega rich can buy themselves out of any crime.

Most especially if they are smarter and more eloquent than the prosecutor.
If you are considering litigation get papers drawn up with a good lawyer that states that his/her salary is contingent on the outcome and how much he/she gets for you.
There's a trial the prosecution has been trying to start here. It's been 4 or 5 years in the making. One motion after another for 4 years. By the time they get to trial we'll all be dead and it'll be moot, the defense will not have a loss and the guys heirs will be paying it off for life!

Are you just now figuring that out? And money is basically the root of all happiness for some, most I would say. I can believe in God untill I´m blue in the face and I have at many times and will many times more, follow somehow even clumsily, He whom I have chosen to find and get to know. I know that doesnt make me an easy candidate for head of a business but that is my decision and I must accept and have many times His will in my life. That doesnt give me much right to be happy the way I am when He allows me a moment to have money in my hands. Its just that I dont want to allow or have the encumbrances that come with that happiness at the sacrifice of time with Him. And He shows me no mercy. I still have to participate in some way that will obtain me the money other humans need to keep this great and wonderfull thing rolling on. So I leave myself trapped between my own ignorance and some other grace I call stupidity but that is life. I must at times respond in some way to satisfy that need and if He should step in and point out that with Him I have more than money could ever provide and at this moment He needs that I return to what He created me for which is some sort of economic value of obtaining more for less.
I hope you figure your dilemna out and have a good life.

The welfare device helps more suitable than merely those without jobs. i'm very grateful for the incapacity help Pension I receive and that i do as a lot voluntary artwork as i can, in reaction. After my husband died years in the past, I received Widow Allowance for 3 months, then the dole even as i change into searching for artwork earlier ultimately receiving the DSP. I do imagine teaching, artwork for the dole and /or pastime-search for proofs favor to be enforced to dodge abuse. i'm Christian without denominational association and do not attend church.

What a good question. And that happens a lot, but in many cases no. It depends on who the judge is. If he/she is an impartial judge, and rightly should be, they will make a fair judgment.
And I really could not have said it better than Justdaves.
