Mother and the family court "why"?

Why do mother make false allegations of child abuse against fathers and why does the Court encourage/promote such allegation such as inappropriately touching the children’s bottoms.
There has been a lot written about this such as the following and I have been accused by my ex-wife and found guilty by the family court with NO investigation by police or ant Government agonies but with no charges,, (I could even open a day care centre) because the police know it’s a ploy used in the family court

Mothers make such false accusations because they are bitter and want revenge. The courts (judges) give credence to such accusations because, even though they may doubt the charges, they would rather be safe than sorry.

Sexual abuse of children seems to be the latest "fad" in family court and it is truly a shame. The state is reluctant to prosecute women who make such false accusations because if the mother is fined or goes to prison, it is the children who suffer.
