Not sure how much money is being discussed here but if the 'escort' is not known to be same by friends and family, it might be best to just let it go. Once the complaint is filed, this is public record and subject to appear in the paper
If the thief is married
he might try to do you MORE harm
and now he will have your address and all the other information to find you as the police will need YOUR information to complete the report.
He will get a copy of that too.

I"m not sure who you mean is taking the cash, the client taking the escorts cash? or the escort extracting the fee? either way, it's theft to take cash from someone whether they owe it to you or not. so heck, yes, charge em! if you owe them a fee, they can also press charges against you...

Yes if its a legally recognised business.If its illegal then they can charge you with something but they also will get charged. Cops love that stuff. You're a bad boy!
