We all know the police use intimidation as a form control. I recently pondered this after getting pulled over for some bogus 'taillight' problem. I wondered, what if you were to follow them after they pulled you over, or if at all. And send some intimadation their way?

Is it illegal to follow police around?

My husband and I were traveling on a business trip, flying out of Baltimore airport. We were going through security, all our shoes and belongings had passed through without a problem. The female security person went to my husbands pile of stuff and pulled out the money clip, made of fossil dinosaur bone and was engraved, and pulled the money out of it and said, this could be a weapon and threw it in a locked box on the wall. It cost me almost 150 dollars and was a christmas gift. They told us there was nothing we could do about it, except claim for charges. Are some of these people out of control or what? Have any of you had a similar problem?

My husbands ex wife is using my husbands criminal history from almost 20 years ago against him. They share other children together and everytime he goes to court for visitation she uses his past history. So he does't get to see his other children. Child Protective Services is very familiar with her, because she always calls them and makes complaints and alligations against him. His criminal past deals with a sexual charge, in which at the time he was about 19 years old, his girlfriend was about 16, the parents didn't like him and pressed charges, he was scared and took a plea bargain. He served his time of a few years, and was released. He is not on Megans Law or any law of that sort. But his ex keeps using his past in every court case that they have. What do we do?

i believe pro choice for the people that have been raped or something where it was not their choice to have sex.
but i am fully against it for the stupid teenagers that just want to be cool, and have sex with everyone.
or anyone else for that matter that just don't think they should deserve to give up a life they have created. live with ur mistakes everyone else does.

a ring leader than in doing her job. . Lately I notice her doing a lot of chit chat and little productivity so I brought that up to her attention. Something that she did not like and launched an all out war against me fearing that I was out to get her
Her first tactic produce a web of gossips and hear say. Then she got on the right side of the manager and sort of brainwashed him. Then she would try to turn the new hires against me by telling them that I am exploting them and that they
are doing too much work that is not in their job description.
I really do not want a person like her on my crew. But the manager wont let her go. Like I said she won him over by giving him presents, birthday cards and all that sort of things.
I know that If i dont get rid of her soon she will make my life a living hell.
I want her out so bad
Please help

I was in a car accident and I would like to start a lawsuit. I was told that the injury had to surpass a certain threshold. Any idea if carpal tunnel would surpass this threshold? I guess Ontario's laws are a pain in the **** for accidents and such.

I have lent CDs to friends simply for them to rip the songs to their computer, not burn them onto a CD. This technically isn't making a copy, right? If you have an answer, do you also have a web site to back up your answer? Thanks

Okay, so there is no God in School or government. So, why is the government trying to put God into law saying same sex marriages are wrong? I understand what the Bible says. That is not my point. I know it is "wrong", but what about the government aspect of it? If God is not in Government then why is he in laws about marriage?

I've just recently been laid off from my job, luckily, I have been working another job so I'm not completely in the gutter. I was told by a friend that you get paid for everyday that you don't receive your last check from the employer that terminated you. So I'm guessing, that is something the government does. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, I do I go about collecting that payment?
