I was in a car accident and I would like to start a lawsuit. I was told that the injury had to surpass a certain threshold. Any idea if carpal tunnel would surpass this threshold? I guess Ontario's laws are a pain in the **** for accidents and such.

Quit suing for anything and everything; you're not American.
