i justfound out that i have or had 68 acres of unclaimed property i didnt know of.It was claimed as unclaimed property in 2003.I wasnt notified of this property or the taking of it..How do i get it back?????

We would need more info on how you have legal rights to property and what is "unclaimed" acres of land ?
How is it "clamed" as unclaimi.
Normally property that doe snot have taxes paid for a certain amount of time is sold for taxes ??
Please explain this in alot more detail

If it was turned over to the state unclaimed property office, there is a form to fill out. Since you are talking about land, you will have to pay property taxes at the minimum. That is assuming it has not been sold for back taxes. If it has, your window for redeeming the property has probably expired.
