beacause its not like you are paying for something and getting bad service. If you dont like or agree with something on Yahoo just stop using it, if the majority of people are happy and someone sues them, they will probably start charging for their services, if this happens what about all the low income people who use yahoo as a source of information/enterntainment etc?

and by joining you agree to terms and conditions. so do you have a problem???
Dont use yahoo if you dont like it.

I don't think that, but Yahoo also has terms of service that limited its liability.
