I want to take my son's father to court for child support. And I have some addresses, of some building that i think he owns and i need to know before i go to court.

if you have WIC for your son, they can check too, welfare the same, good luck, get that sorry SOB

You can check to see if you county has a website. Search Google using the county and state name. If they have a website, then look for the county auditor's section. The auditor has records of properties and the owners. You want to go to your county courthouse or administrative building if unsure.

Get help from the child support enforcement folks in the county as well. They enforce these laws. Be serious about your pursuits.

Call the Court House. All deeds and land records are kept and are available to the public. I'm not sure which office it is, Circuit Clerk or County Clerk. Call them they will be able to tell you what office has that information on record. You could also simply ask your lawyer, he or she has the means to get all that information for you.

Give the information to your child support worker and perhaps they can find out the information as they have access in aspects of peoples affairs that we do not.

you need a lawyer. Especially if he has one and you dont.
