My credit card was stolen and used I know where and when it was used. I know where it was stolen from. I need to know who is responsible for it. I also need to know what I can do about it.

If you knew it was missing and failed to report that fact to the credit card issuer, YOU are responsible. If you had reported it, they could have stopped the charges. If you reported it in a timely manner, the law limits your liability to $50.00 and many card companies will forgive that. What do you care who 'eats' the cost in that case?

Contact your credit card company to dispute the charges. Contact your local authorities about the theft.
