a ring leader than in doing her job. . Lately I notice her doing a lot of chit chat and little productivity so I brought that up to her attention. Something that she did not like and launched an all out war against me fearing that I was out to get her
Her first tactic produce a web of gossips and hear say. Then she got on the right side of the manager and sort of brainwashed him. Then she would try to turn the new hires against me by telling them that I am exploting them and that they
are doing too much work that is not in their job description.
I really do not want a person like her on my crew. But the manager wont let her go. Like I said she won him over by giving him presents, birthday cards and all that sort of things.
I know that If i dont get rid of her soon she will make my life a living hell.
I want her out so bad
Please help

I feel for you. I think I'd monitor her work and others so you won't be discriminating and give them a written job appraisal. In that you can note the deficiencies in her work performance. If you ever want to win a grievance, you've got to log, log, log. You may have a job description in place and you could check it out and see if she is doing what is on it. Try to be fair and observant and do not get into cross gossip with the workers who are telling you this as for sure one will turn on you and side with her. Good luck.

I can empathize with your situation. We have become a nation who has to take back seat to the *** kissers. If one were to chastise a person who drilled a hole in a refrigerator causing it to lose all of the freon, therefore loosing its ability to cool, which caused $ 70,000 worth of vaccine to become useless and that person happened to be of a minority group. one is a racist. Furthermore, the persons job that would be a risk would not be the person who caused the damage. It would be the one who pointed to the one who caused the problem. Ridiculous, of course it is. But that is the way it is. It has gone too far.

The good news is that there is a way to eliminate all of these problems from your life. Go into a business that has a product or a service which is in great demand. In addition to that it must be one that you are able to do all by yourself. Yourself! Alone! No one else! Got it? No I am not talking about some scheme.
I am talking about an honest way to make a living by yourself.
If you are a self starter, willing to work, are a good money manager and have high business ethics you can do it.

There are many opportunities available. All you have to do is be ambitious and have the tenacity to find and do.

The ball is in your court.

Good Luck

good things come to those who wait,, you just wait long enough,, she will cook her own goose,, just let her spout off. But if you let her know it bothers you,,,, you will never get her off your back,,, just ignore her and treat the other subordinates with a lot of respect.. Be sure to document EVERYTHING tho!

WOW THAT REALLY SUCKS! YOU'LL HAVE TO LAY IN WAIT FOR THE RIGHT OPERTUNITY! IF NOT TRANSFER OUT BEFORE YOU LOOSE YOUR DIGNITY OVER IT! IF IT IS THE WAY YOU SAY IT IS YOU MAY BE BETTER OFF BEFORE YOU LOOSE MORE!
