I was thinking about sueing for discrimination. I am keeping all of my violation notices and I am also tracking obvious guideline violations of others.
Joking, would never really get away with it, but i track those things just so i can laugh at how utterly secular progressive Yahoo really is.

Sue? for WHAT???? Did they agree to pay you, and then not pay you? Breech of Contract?
Or did they just pull your post?
Guidelines are not laws, but then again, you don't have to use Yahoo, especially the FREE services.
Oh yea, sue them... go to California and sue them. Hire a lawyer that charges $200 an hour, and pay that lawyer in hopes that you win. I bet that Yahoo simply stalls and stall and stalls until you spend every dime you've got on your $200 lawyer, then they settle for $2 (if that), which you have to split with your lawer.

If you are using Yahoo's servers, Yahoo's whims are law. You have no right access their servers without their permission.

What could yahoo have possibly done to provoke such a thought? Are you sure its yahoos fault? Oh, and I dont think you'd have much of a case knowing how respected they are, just a waste of your money.

Oh, please. Yahoo is a private company, and they have the right to set whatever terms they like for use of their services, so long as those terms aren't illegal, etc.

Go to small claims court; cheapest way. However, you have to show clear damages (& their associated costs) done by Yahoo.
Good luck.
