I have a white boxer thats almost 2 years old, and her name is Gracie. I have a weenie dog thats about 6 years old and her name is Tootie. And I have a 9 weeks mix terrier named Mollie, that I just adopted. Gracie is very playful, and the puppy seems shy but she does want to play. Tootie doesnt like the play, she is too prissy lol. Anyway, So far, it seems Gracie accepts Mollie, and little by little they will play tug o war with a stuff animal. I also share a yard with a neighbor, and her dogs play with Gracie....it seems like Mollie wants to jump in on it but is unsure to do so....I guess I am being impatient for Gracie and Mollie to play together. Not to mention they have no problem with sleeping next to each other, but Tootie doesnt like neither of them lol...Im just wondering though, is there a simple way to get them to play more? I just want Mollie to feel more at home and know that she is accepted.

A week ago no one even mentioned rat poison. It was all about mold on the wheat gluten. Not sure why most of you even answer these questions. Not even a fresh thought or opinion, just reciting the news reports and what everyone has already heard. Nothing at all to add to the topic. Ever thought that they may not know the scope of the problem, and that certain types of other food is contaminated as well. Wow, what a thought.

I am looking to adopt a 12 week old male keeshond and he his front paws appear to be slightly turned (angled) out when he stands. I want to know if this is an indication of a problem or just a minor/insignificant thing.

Has anyone else heard about poisoned rats being ground up and put into the dog food? I know some sources show that many different things are put in pet food that we are not aware of! See My Source Link for details Could this be true?

We have a 4 month old lab puppy that is pretty good at coming when called, and will bring toys to us in the house. But as soon as we're outside she plays keep away with her toys. If she doesn't have a toy she'll come to us when called, but not if she has one.

I don't want to chase her down, because then she thinks it's a game.

Is it safe to give my daschund a *small* amount of tylenol PM? Or some other small amount of sleep aid? He just walks around all night.

Is there any health condition that a human gets that are contagious to dogs? Common cold, flu, stomach virus, aids? I am not asking for any particular reason. A few us were just sitting around talking and someone coughed and then the dog coughed. So we just got to wondering if any of the above are contagious from human to dog. Thanks!!

They think she ate something to upset her stomach and while vomiting, she got fluid in her lungs. She's vomiting white foam and cannot sit without swaying back and forth. Her stool was a sanding color right before she showed other symptoms. She won't eat or drink. She's so very sick. They gave me an antibiotic, but she's not holding anything down. They want around $900 all at once to treat her in the vets and I've recently lost my job with three kids and cannot come up with that all at once. Please, if there is anything I can do even just to make her more comfortable, help me.

I am worried because of all the contaminated food that's out there that has been killing all these dogs. He is eating Purina Pro Plan which was not on the recall list to my knowledge, but I am very worried. He is my first puppy and he is just a baby. You can check out the site at:

She's a female Golden Retriever, more cream colored than gold at this point. She will be a working dog, so I need a name that I can call out a lot without sounding silly. I have a few on my working list, but would be willing to entertain other ideas, so let me know if you like one of these, or if you have a better idea.

I have a miniature chihuahua (short hair) and of course she is an indoor dog. She sheds soo bad during the summer that I can't stand it. Is it un healthy to shave her because she is an indoor dog or should I just let nature take it's course? Also I think she is showing signs of tracheal collapse. She gags and coughs when she gets excited and playful. Has anyone had a dog with this also?

My peekepoo has a bulging eyeball. I just put him on Amoxicillin for a bacterial infection. Could this be a sign of an allergy or something else? Is it possible his sinuses are full? Could it be a scratched eyeball?

I know this isn't an orthodox question, but I beg you to bear with me and help our family.

My grandfather's dog might possibly have bone cancer, and we need all the prayers we can get for her recovery. This dog is very important. She's a retired service dog who belonged to my grandmother after she was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. After my grandmother died, Star became one of the most important beings in my grandfather's life, and if she were to go now, he'd just be crushed.

I know there are many of you out there who consider your dogs a family member and would hate to see your dog in a horrible situation like this. I'm asking all of you from the bottom of my heart to send up a small prayer for the recovery of our dog. You have no idea how much of a positive impacked you will have just by doing this!

Thank you so much for your help!
