Is it a pink patch on it's nose or is it just between the top of the nose and the fur above the nose. If it's in either place then it's ok and it should get darking as your puppy gets older.

Probably not, a lot of dogs has patches on their nose or just above where the pigmentation does not fill in. There is probably nothing wrong with him. If you notice it looks like a sore, infected or itchy, you should take him to your vet and have him examined to rule out a skin condition.

There's a possibility that the patch is a fungus. Make sure that the water dish is very clean, especially if there are other dogs around using the same dish. I don't remember the name of it but mine have had it before, if its what mine had its no big deal. Just make sure the water dish is completely clean and give the dogs a good washing too.

No because it is normal for dogs or puppys to have pink patches above their nose or anywhere.

I have heard that dogs can lose pigmentation in their nose from eating/drinking from plastic bowls. I believe it does not happen with stainless or ceramic dishes.
