Imagine a website that not only offered personalized nutrition guidance and personalized exercise advice, but also offered calorie information for YOUR very own meals. Do you have a favorite meal that you just can’t live without? Did you ever wonder what that great creation you made costs in you calories? You could submit recipes of your own and purchase recipes of other individuals just like you. Individuals could post opinions about the recipes they have tried. Eat the foods you choose and love, stay within your calorie recommendation, and loose weight! You only pay for the services you use. Eat food that you know a real person eats. No more crazy ingredients that are hard to find. All of this on one site. On place to go to get all the info you need. Not what Sally or Joe needs. Your needs met; without all the extras to get in your way and confuse you. Is this a site you think you would like to visit? What more would you like on this site? I'm having to go to a cosmetic surgeron next Wednesday for a consultation on a reduction in a couple parts. I know that he's going to recommend I lose somemore weight before I have it done. I've been working out and dieting and pills and have only lost 20 pounds since last November (2005). I'm think about having my stomach banded. My insurance will cover it because it would be listed as a medical necessity and my doctor has already told me that she would sign off on it if I'd give her the go ahead. My question is what's it like? I have been thinking about it seriously now for a little over a month but still am not sure if I want to. I mean after you loss all the weight do they go back in and reverse it or does it stay that way? What about the before and after diets? How sick did it make you? If you have had it done please tell me everything...the good, the bad, the ugly, everything. Thank you.

what is the average weight of a girl that is 5ft 11 in?

how do you know if you have to much booty or just the right amount. what do you think good measurments are. I am comfortable with my wieght but there are so many tiny girls on T.V. I want to look good but not stick thin

you feel like crap for eating because your trying to lose weight,
but the you do the worst, you eat ice cream , yogurt and dinner then go to sleep. you wake up the next mornig to do your weekly wieght-in only to find that you have lost a pound!

that happens to me alot, it something strange that my body does this, I eat fatty food on the weekends, sleep and then on monday ( when I weight myself) I lose a pound. I did that today and lost some weight.

If I could only tell you where Im coming from with this weight thing.

Do you think its a good idea to eat healthy during the week, splurge on the weekend in hopes of losing weight? I've never done that before on a plan, but it seems like it would work.
