People say main way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

I excercise at 5:00pm, and burn off everything i consumed from when i woke up to that time...So what about when I eat dinner? Do those calories go under the next day?

I am a 25 year old female, and in this last week have begun to have "/panic/anxiety attacks". What are these and why did I get them? Will they ever go away, and is there anyway to manage them other than meds...I have taken xanax for the past few day and I'm afraid not to take it...the times I went without I had more attacks! What is happening to me! I am overweight...could thi have anything to do with it??

It said they are all new and improved, thin pads, colored belts, etc. Has anyone tried them? It says sales have skyrocketed among younger women who use pads. There must be some advantage or they wouln't be selling... any ideas? Thinking of trying them out.

Every morning I get up and have a cup of coffee (and sometimes a cigarette) Almost immediately afterward I need to take a sh*t. I realize lots of people do so what is it in the coffee that makes this happen? The caffeine?

I think the healthy fad diets are terribly harmful in both their message and their nutritional value. People should be encouraged to stay active and exercise vigorously to the maximum, and not to eat food which denies them the calories and fat necessary to operate properly.

I believe obesity is caused by laziness and an inability to use up the calories gained in a typical day's worth of meals. A healthy diet actually is a cop-out, quick fix as it does not address the real problem. I do not believe in eating healthy, I believe it is, to be frank, stupid. You might as well just starve yourself, it's just as good.

Actually, encouraging people to eat healthier is actually NOT WISE, as it promises weight loss by starving, and not by exercise. That may explain why a lot of people still get fat, even on diets.

Do you agree with me that this is all madness?
