Then i do 200 pull up and like 50 jumping jacks. I want to lose like 10 pounds so how many pull ups will i have to do.

its not pull ups its sit ups. {i always get those 2 things mixed up}lol

Let's worry about doing 1 minute of jumping rope, and maybe 2 pullups. I'm an athlete and both of those tasks can be hard as hell if you're not already in top condition. Write back when you get that far and then we'll worry about how much it takes to burn off 10 pounds.

get rid of the Pullups they will make you gain muscle which is heavier than fat
Use the tread mill 1 hour a day or walk
