No. You have to have plenty of excercise as well with that. And Only drinking water, eating tuna and salad aren't nutritious and you can become anemic.

The answer is yes, but don't. More precisely, Yes at first, then definitely no, but don't.

Eat a well balanced diet, exercise, get up early, have a good balanced life, and you'll do well. If you want to be thin, you have to have a thin lifestyle that is healthy and comfortable.

Tuna and salad for one meal, with other healthy foods to cover the other meals, with enough but not too much of anything will do you good.

Crash dieting leads to your body going into starvation mode, in which it shuts down metabolism, conserves every calorie, starts making fat like it is going out of style, and in general doing everything it can to counteract the diet. The end result is that you lose weight for a while, then the pounds come back (with friends). You'll end up weighing more than your current weight.

The other problem with crash diets is that they tend to omit key nutrients, so you end up anemic, with vitamin deficiencies, feeling lousy, and in general unhealthy. Dying to be thin isn't a good idea.

Personally, I'd get tired of the tuna and salad after about three days, and succumb to a nice bar of chocolate, or two, or....

Yes ,but don't forget that with some exercising will increase your weight loss. Remember it is not a race and a gradual weight loss is best. Snacks have got to be fruit or veggies are best - no fat and filling. I tend to have Muller light originals not sure if they are carb free. If you manage your diet and don't snack on junk between meals you will lose weight for sure but remember that you only want to lose 1 to 2 lbs per week Good luck

No, but you can sure get sick that way. You are not taking in enough nutrients on a diet like that. Often it will take as long to take the weight off as it did to put on. Yes, be strict with your diet, but the change has to be permanent, i.e. no soda pop (16 to 21 spoons of sugar in each one), no junk or fast food, no candy bars, just the essentials like meat, vegetables and fruit and some complex starch foods like brown rice, and Yams or Sweet Potatoes. And walk, that is the best overall exercises you can do. Crash dieting doesn't work and often leads to health problems with rebound over eating.

MAYBE! THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT NATURALLY THOUGH IS TO ALWAYS LEAVE SOMETHING ON YOUR PLATE. IF YOU ONLY EAT UNTILL YOU ARE SATISFIED AND NOT UNTIL YOU GORGE YOURSELF YOU WILL DROP POUNDS, AND A NICE WALK EVERYDAY BACKS THAT UP.
