please help me gain 2 pounds. i am 13 years old, and i weigh 134 pounds of muscle. please, only ideas of how i can gain 2 pound!

when blood is traveling through your veins it may become stuck in certain places which is why mine are so easily seen. I hate the way they look especially on my legs and chest. I have heard of a dietary supplement that weight lifter's use called Nitric Oxicide which will open up the veins. Do you think this could improve my problem?

It's true I don't exercise a lot but gym is costy and outside is very hot. the only option is swimming or walking at night but i still dont have much time for that so I stoppped eating and still havent lost any weight :-/ What am I to do?

ok i have a very physically active job. in a 8 hour shift im moving constantly (besides my 30min luch and 2 20min breaks). also im lifting anywhere from 30-40 lbs like every 30 secs. i wore a pedometer a few times and on average i walked 11,000 steps in the 8 hours. sooo how many calories do you think ive burned in that 8 hour shift??

My nipples are still big and that little section is little loose, beacause of that loose look on the niples, my chest looks loose(boobie type). Is there anything I can do to build it up or make it look built. Because, when my nipples shrink my chest looks built (nipples don't shrink permanetly do they?). However, how do I get that nipple section to look tight and built. And, one more question, any excercise for obliques? Also, trying to loose about inch or so from there..........

Before children, I was what you would call shapely. I had a nice sized boosom (38b) small waist and hips to die for. I was what some men in my culture call "thick". It's not fat but it is the thing to be in my culture. LOL How do I determine my body type, so that I can being to lose the excess weight for my body type.

Basically this is what my current diet looks like:
8am- protein shake
10:30 am- egg white omelette
1- plantain (boiled) and lentils
4pm- smoothie
7/8pm- soup or some other carb

if i changed this and had a salad and/or a shake or egg in the evening. would i burn more calories and get leaner? As it is better to eat protein as last meal.
Does it make a difference?

im on a diet plan,well c i love eating boiled veges but i like eating it with something , some kind of sauce in it wich is not available in the market , i just want some nice easy low calorie sauce recipe to go with my boiled veges , plain boiled veges is not very tasty u know . pls pls help
