if she is active and eats healthy you have nothing to worry about
But i would say loosing a pound or two wouldnt hurt... But i do not know what your daughter looks like because sh may already look perfectly fine. You cant go by only height and weight

you won't be able to be extreme, she's 11 years previous! the merely right element you want to inform her is that you're putting her on a weight help application because weighs 100lbs. that is already difficult being a lady in a international the position each and absolutely everyone else looks skinnier than you. And in my opinion, that's something an 11 12 months previous does no longer want to be worried about in any respect... or a minimum of until eventually she's previous adequate to come back to her own logical end about her weight.

I've attached a link to a great webpage that calculates your Body Mass Index. It's especially geared toward kids between 2 and 20 to check for excessive weight. There's a special worksheet toward the bottom of the page where you can enter your daughter's stats to see where she falls.
It seems like your daughter is fine... just continue to encourage her active lifestyle and healthy eating habits.

If she's 5 feet tall (or taller) she's not overweight. You need to state height.

Wow, she's either overweight, over-developed or has too much muscle for her age! Why don't you check with a/your doctor, if possible???
