you sh old use the old rule , allow 100 pounds for five feet then add 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet . so - 7*5 = 35 and 35+100 = 135 . so you should weigh about 135 pounds.

I'm a 5'7" and I go between 115 and 118. I look great, and I feel great. What more could you ask for? However, I also have a high metabolism, not everyone does. Body weights differ from person to person. If I were you, I would get to a place that I feel compfortable in and stay there. (If everyone's telling you that you look great, they're probably not lying. accept complements, you'll feel better about yourself.)

you can weigh from 130 to 138 pounds.. tats the normal weight for your height
