if what your talking about is some Artificial stuff then I recommend you not use it can be bad for you but if you want to lose weight the go on a safe diet plan eat every two hours and eat 1000 calories a day no more no less and more than 20 grams of fat a day it is also best if you workout 3 or more hours a day
