Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Hi there,
Groan, I know it's really hard when you're trying to lose weight but unless you're clinically obese and the Doctor's recommend it I certainly wouldn't touch pills with a barge pole.

If you're finding it difficult then try the F2 diet. It's a healthy eating plan that incorporates loads of fibre in a very healthy diet. Because you're increasing the amount of fibre you eat you rarely feel hungry.

Fill up on healthy wholemeal foods, eat as much fruit and veg as you can, drink gallons of water and exercise more and the weight will come off and stay off. Far safer than using chemicals fo a quick fix that probably won't last.

There's also a fab support system on-line called WLR Weight Loss Resources which is a terrific site. You log in each day and type in every single thing that you eat and it calculates how much fat, protein and carbs you have eaten, how many portions of fruit and veg etc and you can input your weight and goals into the system and monitor your weight loss on screen.

There are support boards for questions and loads of brilliant articles to help you lose weight. You can get a free three day trial. You have to pay if you decide to join after the three day trial but it really is well worth it and costs no more that a slimming mag a week.....give it a try and good luck

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !
(oh mama mia, mama mia...)

What is wrong with you people today?

Slimming pills = amphetamines/ heavy caffeine doses/ accelerants/ mumbojumbo.

At best they're a waste of money, at worst they're down right dangerous.

There is no quick fix. I'm sorry, but that's the truth.

The bottom line is, if you want to lose body fat, you have to burn more calories than you consume.

That means sensible eating and lots of exercise. Neither come in the shape of a pill.

Sorry to be harsh, but slimming pills? I thought that idea went out with purple flares and joss sticks (neither of which are bad for your health, by the way).

You might as well become a crack addict - hell yeah, you'll lose weight, then!

Seriously, though, save your money for a decent gym membership/ personal training/ joining a sports club/ buying a bike - something that will increase your activity levels.

Don't do it,i have drank prscribed diet pills and they work if you keep drinking them, but when you stop you regain all that wait back.Plus your body gets used to having that kind of drug in your system, that when you stop and start again after a while you start feeling lazy, very hungry, and very madd, and these pills do have side affects.Headaches ,shortness of breath, chest pain, your heart feels it wants to come out of your chest. You just got to get used to feeling like that,If your weight is what matters the most to you,I recomend you do it the natural way.One more thing Iforgot to mention the weight you lost you regain double of what you lost.I hope I was any help to you.

Don't do it! Been there got the t-shirt.
The ingredients in the diet pills may help you lose weight, but you
WILL gain it all back. Not only that, most tend to raise your heart rate, make you very irritable, and MAKE YOU SICK!!!
A lot of people develop a heart problem, also. You become bi-polar while you are on them, and sometimes suicidal, in some cases. It happened to me, briefly. I have done my research.
No pill can help you lose weight safely. For your own good, don't do it.

No pills needed.
I had at one time lost 5 lbs in 2 days.
All I do was fasting. Drinking water, and when I was hungry, I ate an apple. Drink lots of water.
The only way to success, is your will power. Can you do it?

Fasting is good for detoxifying the body of its acculmuated toxins. Once a week for a day is good for the body, even though you're not on a sliming diet.

unless your extremely over weight you doctor is going to tell you to hit the gym. I am 15lbs over weight and my doctor told me that the gym and a sensible diet would work for me and so far I've lost 2lbs. But I am taking Stacker 2 pills that I bought at Wal-mart and they give you a lot of energy and seem to be working for me. Their also not as expensive as the ones the doctor is going to prescribe you.

Amphetamines do not help for losing weight.
Many people take ADD meds to lose weight. All you get is dry mouth, (constant), sleeplessness, hyperactiveness, and mood swings.
Don't do it!
The only way to lose weight unfortunately, is by cutting calories and exercising more.
You will only be wasting your money and these meds can cause heart problems within a short time.
Neither do those ads you see on TV and magazines. most of them are composed of fiber or a diuretic compound in order to temporarily lose water weight.

Well, I haven't ever bought them from a docor before, but I have tried just about everything over the counter. I havent really found too much sucess in them either...Eating healthy and excersizing is what has helped me the most..Try cutting the food you eat into several extra meals...For instance, instead of eating three hugs meals a day...try eating 6 little ones.

I got some from Superdrug - about £12 ish and they were very good. I can't remember the name but they were made from shells (of shellfish). I lost about a stone in a few weeks. Still have to eat sensibly but they're definately worth a try. Good luck ;o)
