I understand that weight lifting at a young age can be devastating to a body if done wrong. Do you think that if I don't overdue weightlifting and, if I am monitored by a trainer, that I can start?

like around your waistline there is fat and it can make you look really wide. How can i get rid of that? its sort of like lovehandles i think.

theres this black girl at my gym and i'm also a female and tomorrrow me and her are going to see who's the strongest..... who can do the most crunches, pushups, pull-ups, hanging leg raises, squats, lunges, etc... (nonstop) who can lift the most weight, who can squat w/ the most weight, and who can hold a 120-lb weight up for the longest amount of time....and who can run the most miles on the treadmill and a bicycle.
theres only one rule-- we must wear jeans & a sweater to make it more challenging. we've been talking about the competition for weeks.
WHAT are your comments on this?

i am 15 years old very skinny..i weigh 101.8 pounds only and im tired of being teased and having low self esteem because of my weight! i started drinking ensure 8 oz cans each day.... however i want 2 gain weight in 2 months if anyone knows a faster way or and easier way plz answer this... as an extra i also want a nice big butt lol,help i need it plz!

should I consult regarding weight loss programs? I'm 5ft and 110 lbs. I used to be 97-98lbs like 2years ago but for some reason I started gaining weight when I became 20yrs old. I'm working out regularly and my muscles seem to get more buff but I want to see an obvious result, ergo, I want to see my digits go down. Anyone has an advice? I'm planning to take Orlistat but I'm not sure if it would be right so I want to consult to the right type of doctor. Thanks.

I just walked three miles on the treadmill. For breakfast I had a bowl of cereal with Vitamin D Milk. What should I have for lunch and dinner? I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds and stay in shape.

I'm running for 30min and then walking 15min for a total of 45min. Then I do about 20 sit-ups

HOw much weight do you think or know that I can lose in a month. I'm trying to weight 160-170. I stand at 5'10

Breakfast: I drink soy milk, a banana or apple
Snacks: I mainly eat a fruit or two
Lunch: I eat tuna with a noddle soup or a chicken salad
Dinner: Mainly fish or oven cooked chicken (take off the fat)
