I used to be extremely attached to sweets. I have found that exercising, drinking water, and eating good amounts of fruit help immensely. Don't go for those diet drinks though, sugar substitutes can actually increase your cravings for sugar, only sugar substitute that doesn't do that for me is splenda. If you like soda, buy Diet Rite, it tastes great and uses splenda.

Hope that helps

I have the answer. There is only one cure, and I know it because I also had your problem once. You need to eat only your favorite candy. You must eat it at least once a day. Then, only eat it on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Then, only on the weekends. Lastly only eat your favorite candy on Sundays. That way you will have something to look forward to. Then, when you are only eating on Sundays, find something sweet that you enjoy more. After this treatment, you will be cured.

Make sure you are eating plenty of fresh fruits. Your body needs to get used to having the natural sugars it is supposed to have. Don't try to go cold turkey because you will end up binging. Try to gradually cut back. Don't deprive yourself either. Start by just eating less than what you already do. Eat only one or two cookies. Have a smaller piece of cake. etc. It takes time. But just remember that it is alright to have sweets in moderation.

This is a very complicated answer, depending on the type of craving you are having. The best answer would be to get motivated. Go for a walk, try reading a book, or just do something that will get your mind off food and get it on something more productive.

well .. let me see.. the best answer is that cravings are always going to be there no matter what... is it that you are watching your diet? or maybe you are watching what you are eating.. well the best thing to do in this case is to really know if you are really hungry .. it depends alot on the way you eat. Sometimes i tend to feel "hungry for cravings" when in reality i ve not been eating well at all. Cravings can be also a sign of starvation or malnutrition. My advice from me to you is to really get to know your body drink alot of water so that you wont get those cravings that much. For sometimes ppl tend to feel "hungry" when in realuty is lack of water. It also can be anxiety. Have you ever heard that saying that you are hungry from your stomach but nor from your mouth?. Well if you happen to be hungry from your hungry that is your body asking for food. ANd if you ever feel hungry for your mouth or "cravings" might be because of anxiety or lack of water. Now, if you still have them ... my best advice is to really focus on what you are really craving for and replace it with natural and healthy food. For example if you are craving for sweets go for a fresh fruit or 100% juice of if you are craving for ice cream go for something like a natural yogurt. If you are craving for something crunchy go for ceral. I hope this helps you.

Or if you want the taste of choclate Hershey's makes sugar free chocolate. They have milk choclate miniatures and recess cup miniatures too. They have others too but I can't remember what they are.

Eat fruit that is sweet or chew gum. Drink a glass of water each time you want candy. Look at yourself in the mirror as you eat the candy.
