No way. Come on, people know fast food is not healthy. You cannot possibly say you had thought you were eating healthy. The truth is that people who frequent fast food places more than likely do not eat well at home either.

If people cared more about being healthy these places would go out of business. That is the way to make a statement, not lawsuits.

In the wide scope of things, All Food is Unhealthy. Let's face it, you're not going to get out of this life alive. Regardless of what you eat, you're going to die some day. WHAT you CHOOSE to eat decides how soon you will die.

Fast food is just that. It's food delivered to you quickly. Where in that definition do you see the need for it to expand your life? None. If you want HEALTH FOOD you must CHOOSE to eat elsewhere. So how can you sue someone (or some company) for doing their predefined job?

All of life is a choice. From where you eat to what you eat to whether or not you kick your dog in the morning. Fast food is merely that. A choice to eat fast.
Choose better and you have a better life.

ABSOLUTELY!!! I don't think they should be sued for people becoming fat, because they don't force food down people's throats, but using unhealthy products is a choice they make to save money and possibly "addict" us to their foods. So, yes, I think they should be held to a high standard of responsibility for making choices of unhealthy contents that are for consumption.

No way! Do they force people to eat there??? It's not a secret that fast food places are generally unhealthy. If someone is too dumb to know that, that's their problem.

No. This is America where people are allowed to live their lives and eat what they want. Should be sue ranchers for growing "unhealthy" meat?

no. we are not holding alcohol and tobacco companies liable. they have made an effort to post notices and warnings on their food and that is all that is required by more dangerous companies.
