Take a multivitamin and some calcium in case u do not drink milk. Drink plenty of water. 135 is not a bad weight for your height, u may want to stay healthy by adding some cardio or just by skating, bike riding, jump roping, or doing some sort of activity that keeps you busy for about 45 minutes 5 days a week. U do not need to lose a bunch of weight. Good luck!

Depends on how old you are and where your weight is distributed. I personally think 5'5" and 135 is healthy. You may want to excercise just for the health benefits but I think your weight is good.

For starters, you could calculate your BMI (try this site: http://www.room42.com/nutrition/basal.shtml). Before launching on any weight reduction programme, I'd see your GP, and perhaps get a referral to a nutritionist or dietician.

Personally, I think it's a good weight. But, you also have to consider your body frame - are you small boned, big boned, or medium? Seeing your doctor can put you in the right direction.
