3 to 4 cans or bottles a day. Plus Eating at least 3 balanced meals a day should help you gain the weight you would like to gain. And don't go for empty calorie food (Junk Food) It wont be good for you. Also protien shakes are a good way to gain weight. Also working out will help you gain weigh muscle. weighs more than fat. Whatever you do don't go for any fade diets they don't work and usually end up causing more problems.

You don't say how tall you are, but 101.8lbs sounds very light. You're talking about gaining 2.5lbs a week, every week, but simply gaining weight is not the solution, you want to gain healthy weight, i.e. muscle, not fat. First off, see your GP to see if there's a medical reason why you only weigh 101.8 at 15yrs. If your GP gives you the green light, join a gym, see a personal trainer, get started on a weight-training programme. Muscle weighs heavier than fat so you won't have to pack on as much for you to weigh heavier (although I wouldn't fixate on how far the needle spins around the dial), but more importantly, you'll be fitter, healthier, look better, feel better and your daily chores and routines will be accomplished more easily.

It takes 3500 calories to create a pound (regardless of where the caloric content comes from). So, first determine how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and then add the appropriate amount of calories to your diet (i.e., 10 pounds requires 35,000 extra calories).
However, putting on that amount of weight in 60 days can be dangerous and should only be done under the guidance of a physician.

Ensure is good for vitamins but if you need to gain weight for school, you need a really good quality protein. Something like muscle milk or another whey protein will do the trick nicely

It's pretty dangerous to put on weight that fast. Eating the odd fatty meal and then exercising will help you put on weight - muscle is heavier than fat! :)
