Iam 16yrs old boy!My left collar bone was dislocated.before 4yrs..now if i lift dumbells using my left hand,i feel the irritation..can any one tell me how to do physical exercise(chest build up and bisceps) without hurting the left shoulder??plz plz

Stay away from the heavy weights until you can handle it. Do push-ups or bench press for your chest. If you think your shoulder can handle it, then do some butterflies with dumbbells. For your arms do preacher curls and to make your arms look big you HAVE TO build your triceps..... do cable pulls and skull crushers for that. Good luck and don't hurt yourself!!

Are you working out alone? Don't. Get a workout partner, and start very light. In the beginning, work more for flexibility and muscle training, and less for max poundages and weight. Over time, you should develop more flexibility in those areas. A workout partner will watch your form, and help insure you don't hurt yourself by assisting you with the moves you're having problems completing.

Ask a specialist and go 2 the gym and do light excercise stuff.

pushups, and pushups, and more pushups, pushups in the morning, pushups in the evening, pushup before dinner, pushups before bed. And then when you have done all that, do some pushups for fun. Have fun.

swimming also you will develop all your body. find and look swimmer in internet.
