Try doing crunches on a blow-up ball. 10 reps, 3 sets, every OTHER day. As you progress, put dumbells on your chest and hook your feet under a couch or something. After 2 workouts, add the "crossover" where the elbow moves to the opposite side (on the ball), then hold onto something overhead and do double leg lifts. All for 3 sets. Must get body fat below 14% to see the muscles. The trick for a "6 Pack" is working hard, not long to increase muscle fiber size.

Not in less than a month. To be honest, you already have them, they're just behind a layer of fat. So you can get rid of that fat there and you'll have a 6 pack. The best way, which worked for me is dieting, and excercise. For my Abs, I've always did hanging leg lifts, which are better than crunches and sit ups, plus don't hurt your back. We had this special thing made for us where we hopped up on it, and hung by our arms....which were in line with our chest....we only jumped up like 2 feet, but it was enough to get our feet off of the floor. Then we did vertical and oblique leg lifts...this tightens the abs big time. I worked out 6 days a week, for like 12 weeks.....and you can do ab workouts every day.....and after the 3 months....my 6 pack was happening. Really freaked people out. Watch what you eat, and lost that fat around your abdomen, and you'll see what I'm talking about. Best of luck to you........

Do sit-ups every spare second of your time. Try doing a bunch in the morning when you first get up everyday.

you cant. Its exercise that dows it wqith or without machines and it takes time. There is no quick way despite what the TV and machine literature will tell you.
