i can only spend like seriously 5 bucks on a meal....and IM SICK of subway

5 bucks is a bit lean .. can you stretch it to like 7.5 bucks .. ? ;)

5 bucks ... get some fruits darling, that way you still stay on diet and fill up !

Is grocery shopping an issue? U can buy eggs(protein). Lean turkey sandwich slices, and whole wheat bread also water is the best source of liquid. Take out can get expensive. Take the $5 and go to the grocery store or even go get some bananas, do not know any people who got fat eating bananas.

If you are broke and on a diet, then see if you can get by with water =) It never hurts. Other than that, subway is pretty nice, and there are a lot of different choices there. I really like the soup!

a great and cheap meal is cereal - try a high fiber cereal like Quaker Oat Squares that will really fill you up. Also they are great without milk as a crunchy snack

Go to www.weightwatchers.com they have lots of great ideas and recipes. Even without joining, you can get the emails with meal ideas.

go to chipotle and get a burrito bol with black beans tomatoe a type of meat steak or chicken lettuce if u like it the fajita **** if u like it and then the hot sauce if u like that chipotle cn be healthy if u dont put cheese sourcream rice or a wrap guacamole is ok but high in fat

What are you talking about. Poverty is the best diet.(You don't see any fat poor people) Go spend that money on something else.

when i'm broke, i go shopping at the dollar store. or buy a bag of postatos, a cannister of store brand quaker oats, or a box of brown rice. you can really make those things stretch.

grocery store. fruit, veggies, maybe a loaf of bread (but it's bad for your diet)

tuna fish or beans (canned) for your protein.
