If you are heavy into lifting, you should be trying to eat one gram of protein for every pound you weigh.
Now that doesn't quite work if you are morbidly obese, but you get the picture.
Besides that you want to eat a balanced meal. If you want to be lean and ripped - eat low carbs. If you want to gain mass - eat a lot of carbs.

Please think of your body as a machine. Think of what it will be doing in 2 hours, and eat accordingly! Protein is a good fuel source for building muscle mass, but remember, protein must be companioned by fiber and water. And never neglect the carbs and fats. They all have a place in our body to keep us going! Please stay away from anything that promises to give you more than good nutrition. It's not about fast, it's about common sense, good nutrition, and hard work! Good luck!
