Do not play or move after each meal (double everything...two toasts instead of one, don't scratch the butter on them - apply it nice and thick, eat chips and candy whenever you feel like it).... do this every day until you reached your goal....It shouldn't take long....depending on your metabolism. If it's really slow- I would say it should take you about two days for one pound- if you make sure not to control portion and to eat even when you are not hungry. Have TUMS handy. I can't believe you asked this. Too funny. My son's friend earns money for each pound he gains, so maybe you have the same problem with gaining weight, too.

It takes 3500 calories to make a lb of fat. You can gain 2 lbs. of fat daily by increasing your calories by 1000 calories per day. In one week, you will have gained 2 lbs. of fat. You can eat absolutely anything to GAIN weight, but carbs and fats are fastest because they use less calories in digestion and are more likely to be stored in fat cells. Add butter to your food, drink a milkshake, eat candy bars (many hundreds there) and potato chips and soda are very carb/calorie dense.

look up a basal metabolic rate calculator. that will tell you how much calories you need to maintain yoru body weight. then increasing that caloric intake should allow you to gain fat.
by the way...why?

Uh, aren't you big enough?! I mean, maybe you're 6 foot something already or whatever, but otherwise, try to LOSE! Heck, I'm about 50 lbs less than you... scary... and I'm your age, too....
