Hmm, a l,000 calories a day UR eating? Something's off.. By my calculations you are burning up twice that much.. How's your energy level? You gotta be eating more calories or you'd be writing UR feeling 'faint' at work, man.. Skip the fast foods.. for chips and Doritos I substitute boxes of breakfast cereal.. I can eat a half a boxful of Wheaties or Cheerios, man. (try it.. they're packed w/vitamins.) You are getting a lot of A and C in that high fruit/veg diet there.. Ever eat beans? Skip meats.. beans are a good substitution. They have VERY high fiber. You need carbs (energy) I suck honey right out of the little honey bear, man.. sounds nasty, huh? Luv carbs tho. You won't get fat on carbs and screw whoever thought that lil lie up. I lost 75 lbs. 5 years ago. I'm 53/F/5-3/l20lbs. I eat @2,400 calories daily. I am a power lifter, and marathon runner (5 miles daily and I NEVER skip.) I don't wanna. I luv to run (and eat) too much. You need to do power lifting. You got any (hell, they cost a lot I know) gyms/spas around there? You ought to get into lifting weights. It's kind of a chick thing (I think I am writing a fellah) but you can tune into some of these exercise shows on t.v. I don't like too many of 'em (but the aerobics burn calories.. then you WILL feel hungry.. you didn't say you did, it's surprising) but I DO do Bodies in Motion on fit.t.v. g'luck

It's well written humor, but the caloric quotations are WAY too high! Even the simple things. You'd be lucky to burn 1 calorie installing a condom. Read some caloric burn rate articles. You'd be surprised how few calories are actually burned for varying activities. Eating a hot fudge sundae could probably power the average sexuality for several weeks.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

get yourself a pedometer. It will measure your steps you take per day, and it will also show you how many calories you burn while walking. They're only like $6 at Wal-Mart .
