when blood is traveling through your veins it may become stuck in certain places which is why mine are so easily seen. I hate the way they look especially on my legs and chest. I have heard of a dietary supplement that weight lifter's use called Nitric Oxicide which will open up the veins. Do you think this could improve my problem?

WOW did you guys put your tampons in the wrong hole today or what? I didnt say anything about blood clots, but thanks for the concern. I'm not fair skinned and I do happen to eat a heathly diet. Go educate yourselves.

Don't be an idiot. Just because you can see your viens doesn't mean there is a problem with them. You probably are very fair skinned or have some hereditary situation that causes the viens to be more visable than with other people.

You are making up your own unique medical condition based on nonsense. What causes clots is fat/cholestoral in the blood that starts to stick to the inside of blood vessels. This takes a while to happen and usually happens to people who eat poor high fat diets for long periods of time. Is that you? If so, you'd be better off changing your diet than taking some stupid suppliment.

educate yourself.

u r having thin skin not weak vein . Its normalcy of the veins to be going in superficial plane. no chance of clotting as u r saying. If it has clotted means as u r saying u wil not be asking question here.

i dont think it has to do with your veins, you are probobly just very vascular (a lot of veins) nitric oxide will increase your face in my opinion due to increased blood flow to the muscle which will cause the muscle to look more swollen which will make them more visible

its not your veins that are weak unless you are bleeding internally, its the fact you have thin skin and there is nothing that can be done about that, you have not got blood that sticks in your veins othrwise you would be having a DVT and your not.
