Aerobic exercise. Riding a bike, walking, swimming, running, rowing. An exercise that is continuous.

The best way to burn calories is aerobic exercise. It usually takes about 30 minutes BEFORE you begin to burn fat, so the longer you exercise, the better off you are.

I like the tread mill myself...
