It is wrinkles and baggy eyes that really contribute. Exercise and weight loss seems to make wrinkles worse. But the biggest culprit is smoking. Smoking and sun do more to age a person's face than anything else. What I would suggest is to exercise because it makes you feel vital and alive and energetic and that spring in your step will make you look younger. The next thing is to use a moisturizer on your face. There are a lot of lotions that make dramatic claims, but anything that keeps your face softer will also soften those lines. Lastly, get lots of rest.

I recently visited a skin care clinic. Exercise does help somewhat by bringing circulation to all parts of the body, but so does proper cleansing and hydration (drinking water). Will exercise make you look alotyounger? Probably not, but it can help some.

Ironicaly if u lost weight suddenly it may make you look older depending on you age. But if you are overweight then being in better shape will make you feel and move better which will lead to you seeming younger. Good luck, deffinetly exercise no matter what its good for you!
