I think it is a good schedule, but I would prefer to see longer cardio workouts. I don't think 20 minutes is enough. I would prefer 30 minute and once a week you should do an hour or more.

What is your goal?
If it is fat loss, then sounds good. I would increase your cardio to 30-60 mins. and do this 5 times per week. Still do weight training 3 days per week and crunches 3-5 days.
Example:
Sun: Weights, Abs (3 sets, 20 reps), 30 min cardio
Mon: Abs, 60 min cardio
Tue: Weights, abs, 30 min cardio
Wed: Rest
Thu: Abs, 60 min cardio
Fri: Weights, abs, 30 min cardio
Sat: Rest
Good luck!

By 12-20 reps you aren't saying only one set right? When I had a personal trainer, this is what he had me doing:
25 minutes of treadmill work, followed by one of the following areas for weightlifting:
Arms and chest (bicep curls, 7s, bench press, etc)
Back and shoulders - Shoulder press, pull ups, reverse bench)
Legs - Like 3 different machines, can't really describe them, other than they worked you out HARD.
Adding weight training after cardio will only boost your metabolism, and if you're tired from cardio it won't really affect your weight training. On leg days, only do 15 minutes of treadmill, just to warm up.
Forgive me if I misunderstood your question, but it just seemed like you were going 7 days a week to the gym. Kinda overkill.
Your workouts should last at least 45 minutes of continuous activity and short (1-1.5 minutes) rest periods.

Cardio, I think you need to do a little longer in order for it to be effective. With 20 minutes, you're just getting warmed up. The muscle training would go well right after you finish your cardio workout because then you'll be all warmed up and ready to go and it will be much more effective.
