It should take you about 5 weeks.
The best and safest way to lose weight is 1lb per week. You do this by finding out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and subtracting 500 from that number. The number you are left with is the amount of calories you should consume each day. It's very, very simple.
Or, you could change nothing and just walk for an hour, non-stop, each and everyday. Walking has so many great health effects on the body.

It really depends...
To really answer this question I'd need to know your % body fat, your age, your current activity level and your typical diet.
I've know a lot of folks who have easily dropped 5 lbs of fat in about two weeks by increasing their activity level and just cutting the junk out of their diet (Eating three good meals a day). Also drinking a fair amount of water will help with weight loss too.
Really what you're shooting for is a life style change. So slow and steady will win the race rather then starvation crash dieting. Most folks who do starvation diets regain the weight nearly as quickly as they lost it.

You should be able to lose it within 3-4 weeks if you cut back on your caloric intake and exercise more. A 1-2 pound weight loss per week is a safe and realistic goal. Good luck!

I think it may take you around a week and a half if you try hard enough (not necessarily too hard). But ir dpends on the weight you are starting with
