Where to go to do yoga in Miami?

I am looking for ashtanga yoga in south miami, somewhere close to The Falls because that's where I am. Please tell me about a place where I can go to a good, intense ashtanga yoga class here.

Don't bother.

Ashtanga yoga is *extremely* dangerous. It involves performing poses that are known to be so dangerous that no one should do them (such as the Yoga Plough, Cobra, shoulderstand, etc.)
