5 minuets or it should feel the blood pumping more in the muscle. But for visual seeing , give it 3 months , take before and another picture as well as measurement , to confirm that you are getting the results you seek . And then stick to it ....

Depends on how hard you work. It you go at everyday, I see improvements in about a week but I also worked out an Hour a day for five days, just put effort into it and you won't beleive what you can do.

For me it took a month to feel or look stronger. However I felt like I had a little more energy after a week. Takes awhile for muscles to build though unless you are already especially thin.

Depends how long, how well you lift... 6wks--12wks ?

But, at any rate, you will see a difference one sweet day
