depends on your height and body build...
because 13 - 16 year olds have fast metabolisms and are going through puberty, they need more calories than adults
for girls 2500-2800
for boys 2700-3100
is considered nutritionally safe for building muscles mass, and to accomadate growth and development during puberty..
Depends also on the fat vs muscle ratio too...
